Q.) How do I place an order?

A.) While at eCover Design's website from the menu selections click on the Catalog link. From here you will see all the design styles available. Just below each style is the price for each eCover and an Order Button. Click on the Order Now button and fill-in the payment information and options. Once your payment is approved you will be re-directed to an Order Details form. Fill-in the Order Details form as completly as possible. NOTE: To save time be very descriptive, and include any graphics or photos you own the rights too, to be included in your design. Once you submitt your Order Details form, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This email will included Order Tracking number and Contact Information. Your Order submission is now complete. (This process take anywhere from 3 to 15 minutes. The longest part of the process is filling out the Order Details form.)

Q.) What are Your Payment Methods?

A.) eCover Design a SiliconPost subsidary uses 2CheckOut Payment Gateway which excepts most major credit cards. We also use PayPal for your convienance.

Q.) How Long Does it Take To Get My eCover?

A.) For single eCover orders eCover Designs can design and deliver a product review within 24-48 hours. Custom designs and or package deals are quoted and an (ETD) Estimated Time of Deliver is included with the quote.

Q.) How Do I Review The Design Process?

A.) When your Order Details form is submitted and finalized you will be sent an Order Confirmation email. This email will include your Order Tracking number, Contact Information and a Password to our Client's area where you can review and pick up your final design(s).

Q.) How Much Do Your Graphics or Photos Cost?

A.) In most cases and with most design projects eCover Design can supply you with various graphics and photos at no extra cost. If you can not find a graphic or photo to fit your deisgn in our library we will reccommed a site where your can purchase graphics and photos starting a $1.00 each. This site offers a affordable prices and quality inventory.

Q.) Can I Submit Graphics That I Own The Rights To?

A.) Absolutely. In fact we encourage you to submit your own grpahic and photos. At your request we also offer consoltation as to the appropriteness of the graphics or photos for this project and we will recommend options available to you.

Q.) Do You Provide Ad Copy?

A.) Yes, We offer copy written works to complement your eCover Design project. We do however restirct our involvement to professional standards and ethical business practices.

A.) Yes, eCover Designs is a subsideray of SiliconPost.com, a full service Internet solutions company. You can place a request for a quote thourgh the eCover Designs website or go directly to SiliconPost.

Q.) What If I am Not Satisfied With My eCover?

A.) We make every effort to bring you 100% customer satisfaction. Unfortunetly on occasions dis-satisfaction occurs. Should this be the case eCover Designs will exercize every effort to resolve any issues. If all else fails... and due to the resources used and time consuming nature of this work. eCover Designs only offers a 50% refund on a project per project basis.

Q.) What Is You Statisfaction Policy?

Q.) Do You Have Custom Package Deals?

A.) Yes, We offer Pre-Package deals as well as Build-You-Own Package deals. If our Pre-Package deals do not meet your project requirements, send us your Build-Your-Own package deal for a quote. Your quote will be returned in most cases with in 24 hours (often sooner).

Q.) Do You Have Club Membership Discounts?

A.) Not At This Time. We are planning to launch our Club Membership Discounts in September 2006. You may make your inquiries and submit suggestions to ecovers@siliconpost.com There will be two ways to become a Club Member. After your purchases reach $150.00 you get a 20% discount membership FREE for life. You can also purchase Club Memberships Discounts. We welcome you to join our club in September 2006.

Q.) Do You Have An Affiliate Package?

A.) Yes, our Affiliate program is a preformace based program. Which means the more sales you post the higher the commisions. This is a three level program 30%, 40%, 50%. You don't have to be a client or customer, anyone can join our Affilliate program. Please visit the Affiliates page for more details.
