The checklist consisted of (but not limited to):

1. You need to register (fee based) a Domain Name
2. Find a Web Hosting Service.
3. Find an ISP (Interner Service Provider).
4. Find a Merchant Account Service (a way to take $ orders)
5. Find a Web Designer (unless you are designing it yourself).
6. Find a Programmer (to program any back-end tasks)
7. Find Support Personnel (unless you are designing it yourself).
   ......STOP!

There was more on the list but by this time my clients would respond with.. Stop! Isn't there a "One Stop Internet Shop" where I can get all this taken care of for me. In the beginning I would tell them "NO, but if you would like I will manage all these tasks for you", and in most cases this was our role for managed accounts. Which over time became a task in itself.
